The things agencies ask us first.
Are our photos good enough?
If they are good enough for your listing page, they are good enough for video. We review every submission and tell you honestly if something won’t work.
Where can we use the videos?
The delivered videos are intended for your website, organic social channels and paid advertising. Music and other third-party assets remain subject to their applicable licence conditions.
What about music?
You supply a licensed track, or we use music covered by an appropriate commercial licence. We confirm the choice with you before rendering.
How fast is delivery?
One to two business days after we receive complete assets for a listing.
Do you also post to our channels?
No — we deliver files that are ready to publish. Posting, advertising and account management stay with you.
Can we request changes?
Yes. One correction round for text and listing facts is included with each video. New creative concepts or redesigning the agency template are scoped separately.
What does “up to 12 videos” mean?
You may submit a maximum of twelve complete property listings in each monthly period. Unused capacity does not roll over to the following month.
What do we need to provide?
Property photos, listing facts, your logo and brand colours, agent details and the preferred call to action. You must have permission to use all supplied material.
